Amxbans

Hi,
I'm portuguese (so sorry if I commit any typo) and I have 4 Steam servers that have been DDoS attacked.
To solve the problem I installed dproto and it resulted since my servers didn't crash anymore even after testing the crasher program myself in my own servers.
The new problem is that amxbans gets disconfigured - the cstrike image doesn't appear, the server name gets substituted by 27.0.0.1, the players number gets a 3 digit number in () and another number behind it, the map name is the server's name.
I know you don't support non-steam servers but this is a steam server. Dproto is only to protect us from DDoS attacks.
Is there any way do solve this problem? Or is there any other way to protect my server compatible with amxbans without having to change the start command because I have no access to it?

PS: The exploit really works but only in Linux servers I believe (I've not tried in windows servers).

As saied on amxbans.de
There is no reason to run dproto exept you want non-steam users on your server. Everything else can be done without using illegal software.
